Candypalooza

I’ve been to different churches, never went back. I came to Hisplace and I also ran out because I was scared. Came around the second time, God spoke to me and told me stop running away that I’m not alone, I accepted Jesus in my heart and then got baptized for the first time. I can never go through service without shedding a tear, but know that it is of joy! I see life in a different light, with the Lord beside me and Hisplace family I’m excited for my spiritual growth. Pastor Doug and wife Kim are just amazing, they can really send out the message. I’m so stunned how the Pastor can remember our names. Oh and how I love the small group on Wednesdays, the ladies are so wonderful! This is like my second home, thank you Jesus!

We are in the process of joining HISplace Family Church. Pastor Doug greets everyone with the smile of a friend who is happy to have you in the house. Sermons are delivered in love and a way that we can apply in our daily lives. In addition he is caring and strives to take time with all visitors and members. The Praise and worship music is uplifting and spiritually real, leading an extremely friendly congregation that unify on Sundays to share a celebration and thanksgiving for Christ. After Covid we were looking for the right church to return to in person. We found it. Small groups allow you to build friendships with others in the church.
